They are good if you are looking for L-pad replacements
Compared to the original Grado L-pads these are quite good. They are a bit firmer on the edges that touch your ears so some might not like them as much and the foam pad to cover the drives is a bit hard to install if you need it. I've tried them on my SR-225e, SR-60, RS-2e, and some custom built Ypsilon R1 and Nhoord Grado like builds. For the RS-2e, Ypsilon R1 and Nhoord headphones they really sound better with G-pads and are much more comfortable. On the SR-60 they do sound better than with the orignal flats and with the SR-2225e there is not much difference since these originally came with L-pads
