I’ve been happy with this supplement. I tend to get bad sunburns, but this internal sunscreen as it’s been called, helps. The antioxidant power is good, as well. I will buy again. No side effects that I have noticed. Seems to be effective in helping with skin/sun issues. I have a decent tan with very little sun exposure thus far. I have very fair skin but I don’t have a tan line from my watch?! Can’t complain about that!
