The screen protector came all cracked. The "warranty" is a joke. Impossible for me to claim without sending all my personal information directly to China. The actual phone case is fine. It deserves more than 2 stars I could have returned the entire order to Amazon for a full replacement but chose not to. Too much hassle for too little in return. And there is no guarantee the replacement would be any better.

The case is fine. Feels like matte silicone. Not a super hard case but not flimsy either. The screen protector came broken in two places. The bag it came in was a return bag from another customer. They sent me a return with a broken- I dont think these things are checked. I paid extra shipping for this to arrive next day and delivered by flex driver too. So its not about bad shipping or mishandled by driver (i watched them place it down). Unfortunately, I have to travel internationally soon and I simply dont have the time to order another since a return requires both case and defective item. I need the case as there arent any good options in the color I want available nearby. Ill keep the case and toss the protector and they can keep my $ since they need it so bad. Perhaps it was on sale …

I made the mistake of ordering the case before I got the phone. That delivery was delayed and the phone was delivered after the return window closed. Not sure if my case was a dud but the power button was much smaller than the actual power button on the phone, so to say that the case did NOT fit my phone would be an understatement. Buyer beware, it may not fit your phone! I had to purchase a different brand case and it fits perfectly. Not sure how they could have messed that up since it's a mold, which means many of you may experience the same problem.

Case fits well. I followed directions to install the screen protector but there are areas that did not adhere leaving space under the glass making it difficult to tap the screen in those areas. I will be buying a new screen protector possibly one of those plastic ones. Too bad I really like the added protection of the glass protector.

Fits like a glove, but lacks durabilityI really wanted to love this case! It fits the phone like a glove and stays securely in place without feeling bulky. However, the protection and build quality fall short. The thin strip of plastic at the top of the front screen broke super quickly. If you need something durable that will hold up over time, this might not be the best choice.

The case itself is great, and I was thrilled that they included a screen protector. When I received my new phone I ensured to keep it spotless and before even turning it on I carefully added the screen protector perfectly straight, and then inserted the phone into the case. Unfortunately, the design and cut of the case push up against the screen protector, cause the protector to lift from the screen in the lower left corner, causing a constant large bubble of air under the screen protector, so it looks very bad. I can press it back down but it stays just temporarily. The case was perfectly designed for the phone, but it was not designed to accommodate the screen protector.

The case fits the iPhone 15 Pro Max well and provides decent protection against minor bumps. The MagSafe alignment works fine with chargers. However, the material feels a bit cheaper and more slippery in hand than I expected, and the buttons are somewhat stiff to press. It gets the job done for the price, but it’s just average.

Overall, I like this case. It fits the phone well, looks good, and provides decent protection without making the Fold excessively bulky.My main issue is the built-in protector over the small front screen. There do not seem to be enough foam pads or support underneath it to keep it firmly against the display, so the protector can move and flex while using the screen. If you use the front display frequently, this gets annoying pretty quickly because it does not feel securely seated against the glass.The rest of the case works well, so I think the basic design is good. I just wish they had added better support or padding around the front screen protector to keep it firmly in place.
