I am extremely disappointed in Bullstrap! Not only did their premium leather iphone case not hold up. I have made 2 attempts to contact Bullstrap including one live online chat where I was promised an email would follow to obtain a replacement and I have not received any communication regarding the actual warranty replacement. I did however receive 2 communications asking how satisfied I am with their service, so I know they are getting my requests, but they are doing absolutely nothing to resolve this warranty claim.Save yourself the extra money and do not buy this product believing that it is covered by a warranty or that they will honor the warranty if you need a replacement…you WILL need a replacement and they will NOT follow through.

Do not buy from this company. The phone case is about five times the price of a regular case. I had an incredibly simple ask - to exchange for a different case for the family as the one purchased did not fit our phone. Amazon returns would only give me automated “contact the seller” responses, and after reaching directly out to Bullstrap they told me they can’t and won’t help me.For an $85 case, you expect premium service and a friendly customer attitude. Incredibly disappointed.Also, the case isn’t really all that great. It can fit two smaller cards, and the leather isn’t that nice to touch. Even if I could use the case this is a 2 or 3 star purchase at best.

Best value for the money all the other color cases were 85 bucks this cloud color was a modest 35The leather is legit top quality and smells amazing right out of the box the phone case also comes with a life time warranty I think the leather will last for yearsThe wallet holds 2 cards but you can fit 3 in there love it!Love how it looks and feelsThe only thing I can kinda conplain about is the front of the screen is completely covered so if you drop your phone a certain way it could still break but hey that’s what Apple care is forAll in all 5 stars no real complaints.

I'm moving I was was afraid that I wouldn't receive my case in time. I contacted Bullstrap and they made sure I received it promptly. Great quality leather and I can smell the quality of this leather. It's buttery smooth (the leather). I'm so glad I decided to buy this case. Thanks Bulllstrap!

This is a great product! The leather is top notch. It fits snug to the phone, and a very classy look. It’s a slim fit, so if you’re looking for something thicker, this may not fit your style, but all in all it’s a great buy.
