These are my favorite riding pants. So comfortable! I works size up from your normal pants size. All of my pants are 34 or 35 in the waist, but the 34s in these pants were way too tight. The 36 fit perfectly! I also tried the Mojave pants, but the Dakars are just more comfortable. The Mojave pants felt much stiffer and had a kind of crunchy feel to them. The Dakar pants have much more stretch and feel noticeably softer. The Mojave pants also felt really tight in the crotch. I know the Mojave pants flow more air, but I don’t have any concerns about the amount of air the Dakar pants can flow in PNW summers. The material feels just as durable as my Carlsbad pants, but much lighter. Obviously the Carlsbad is tougher, being AA certified, but I’m confident in the longevity of the Dakars. I wear

Great pants, bought to replace 7 year old worn out ones of the same

I am a 34-36 waist. I ordered a 38 waist and am so glad I did. Order these 2" bigger that you need.

Both my riding buddy and I use these for enduro riding. They are rough and fit in a way that allows some cooling. KLIM has outstanding quality. Hold up most motorcross stuff to this and they are not even close. They even look great. The pockets/thigh vents are out of the way and very useful. We tend to wear things out and these hold up. Most motocross stuff seems mostly for looks.

Love these pants. They are well ventilated and plenty durable. Just rode with them for a week in Colorado and I’ve got no complaints.

Negative is that they do not have either knee or Hip pockets for CE pads. So do not buy the KLIM pads as extras, no place to attach them. However the Leatt Impact Shorts 3DF 4.0 Adult (Black - X-Large) on Amazon fit perfectly with the paints. They are both very comfy. Outside of no pockets I give them 5 stars and a steel 219, evey with the Leatt pants. The venting on the leatt pants work well the Dakars.

I’ve had a couple of rides & several hours in these pants now and I am really pleased with them. The best thing I can say is that I put them on, then don’t have to think about them again while I’m riding. I’m riding with IXS knee/shin guards and Leatt Enduro boots, which makes for a comfortable combination. Couple of pockets & vents on the upper leg are useful and work well; some well placed stretchy panels help too. My first set of Klim pants, but they won’t be my last!
