This charger stop working and got struck in my ev charging port. I'm requesting a full refund. My car will not move due to this issue.

Worked well at an RV part to charge my 2023 Lightning. Only things is the cord is not 25 feet. I haven't measured it, but it doesn't reach as far as my last charger that was 25 feet. Otherwise worked as it was supposed to and easy to use.

Bought this to replace a similar portable charger. I typically carry it in the car, but mostly use it at our vacation home. We are using it to charge an Ioniq 5 and at the full 40 amps it charges very nicely producing about 9.7 kW. This is a little faster than the old one, which I guess was only 32 amps. At any rate, we used it on a very hot day and it worked great! The breaker did flip off, but I don't think it was due to the charger. If I find that this happens frequently I will update my review of the product. Otherwise, it seems to be pretty well made...

The charger appears well made. The charging cable is thick and heavy. The charger is ready to go out of the box. I installed the provided wall mount in just a few minutes, plugged it into my 240 volt outlet and had my truck charging at 40 amps in less than 15 minutes. The readout display is bright and easy to read. It provides the temperature of the unit, charging rate, time on charge and other information at a glance. I have used it twice this week and am very satisfied so far especially given the price of this unit. Hopefully, it will be durable but I obviously can’t say as I’ve only had a few days and used it twice.

I like this charger a lot. The ability to set the amperage makes it very versatile. Currently I have it plugged into a dryer outlet in my home. The breaker amperage for that circuit is 30 amps. I could run this charger at 24 amps continuously, but I noticed when doing so, the breaker and wire feeding the outlet became warm to the touch, so I dialed it back to 20 amps and now nothing gets above room temperature. The wiring outlet and charger all stay cool. And since the charging cable is rated for up to 40 amps, carrying 20 should be no problem for it. Even set to 20 amps, I’m still getting a 5kwh charging rate which is almost 4x faster than the regular 120v charging cables.

Only used a couple of times on my new EV. Easy to use, compatible with a lot of make and model EVs. Great value. I’ve shown it to all my friends who are interested in purchasing EVs. Charges quick. You can actually adjust it to how fast you want. Did not over heat, great quality and design

I bought this to charge my 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T Plus in my apartment parking garage. My apartment only had NEMA 6-50 plug so I had to buy an adapter, but this charger works excellent. It does not get too hot, the quality of the plug and the thickness of the cable makes me feel like it will last a long time. It is rated for 40A but my car only allows 32A, but not to worry this charger automatically adjusts the power output and I wake up every morning with a fully charged car. I believe my car's battery is about 33kWh and this charger can go from 0-100% in about 2 hours. It also has a timer feature but I have not tried it since I don't pay for the electricity. We have two electric cars, a plug-in hybrid for long trips, and an all electric car. I installed a charging station in my garage myself and found that, on occasion, it would be handy to charge both cars at the same time. I bought this 40amp charger thinking I could shorten the charging time on the EV. I went through a lot of time, expense and work to install another station only to find out that the EV's charger is limited to 27 amps, well within the limit of my first 30amp charger. I made two mistakes. The first was to buy it in mid-December and not be able to install it until the 30 day return policy had expired.
