not flashy at all. but with adjustments, it is great. for something you are going to be spending most of your time on, it is worth the money. I hope they can switch to metal wheels

I did a lot of research on chairs. Hard to find one for my 5'2" height. Looks good, love the height and adjustable arms. Ordered with extra padding, still very firm After a couple months noticed a pain in the coccyx, base if spine area. Hurts whenever I adjust my position. After a week or 2 off without it, realized it had to be the chair. Too bad we spent so much on this chair. We aready got rid of the free donated chair. Will be looking for a new chair.

This chair is so uncomfortable! I’d throw it in the trash if it wasn’t so expensive!

So comfortable I can sleep in it. I work long hour and it is so comfortable. My back doesn't hurt or anything. I would move definitely recommend this brand and chair. It is literally worth every dollar.

If you are 6' or taller, this chair will probably be great for you.

I had been having back pain and sciatica for several months. I traced it to my office chair. Went searching for something better and found this chair. First of all, I am 5'4" and most chairs aren't designed for short people. My former chair seat was hitting the backside of my knee so I tended to scoot forward which then made me slump. No more. I have the seat adjusted so I can sit up straight with my back against the back of the chair. The adjustable arms allow me to get right up under my desk and adjustable height means my feet are flat on the floor like they should be. Sciatica and back pain ended the first day I used this chair!

Chair is comfortable. I am 6' 1" and 230 lbs and I find the chair comfortable for extended periods of time.Unfortunately, the chair damaged my hardwood floors. Each of the hard plastic wheels had a little bump on them, perhaps from the mold used to make the wheel. After using the chair for a few hours, I noticed that the tiny bumps had created many tiny divets in my brand new hardwood floors. HUGE bummer. I was able to remove the bumps with a razor. Alas, the damage is done.Big letdown from an otherwise very good chair. Steer clear if you plan on using chair on hardwood. Otherwise, you'll probably love it.

I love my new chair and no longer have a nagging backache at the end of the day. When I started researching a new chair to purchase, I googled the best chair for vertically challenged peopIe (short) and this chair was recommended. I was a little hesitant because the purchase was not able to be returned since it is a custom chair but it turned out to be the best chair for me. It is my understanding this chair is available in different sizes so all sizes and heights can order this chair. I definitely recommend this chair to anyone that sits 9 to 10 hours a day like I do.
